How Do I Place An Order?
It's as easy as pie! Should you see something you like under our shop tab, follow the prompts and your Happy Hedgehog original will soon be with you.

Should you wish to place an order for a personalised or specific item, feel free to contact us via the contact us page.
What is the lead time of personalised or specialty items?
I endeavour to have these items completed within 14 days, but this is subject to my suppliers and their stock. Larger orders may also take longer so it is best to discuss this with me.
Will these items be suitable in the bathroom?
Yes, all our items are treated and sealed and will live well in any room.
I have something specific in mind, but I can't seem to find it on your page?
As mentioned, our product range is continually expanding and even though you may not see an item you want on our page, it is definitely worth contacting us as we are always looking for new items to add to our range.
Returns & Refunds
We endeavour to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with their purchases. In saying this, should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you within 7 days, as long as the product is in the same condition. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on personalised items.
